٭Venue SelectionBid and Sports Event Management – The Mobile Sports Authority works both regionally, nationally, and internationally with event organizers in the areas of site/facilities selection, budget development, development of local organizing committees, and event management oversight.
Governmental Relations We act as a liaison with city, county and state officials, and local agencies regarding sports and sporting events in Mobile.
Support Services We are well positioned to provide events with a broad range of valuable support services, including: logistics in coordination with the Mobile Bay Convention and Visitor Bureau, volunteers, transportation, special arrangements with area attractions, advance planning, application for and the securing of permits, and assistance with event security and local law enforcement coordination.
Entertainment We are well positioned to assist your organization with all aspects of hospitality coordination and client entertainment.
Public Relations and Communications The MSA can assist with media coordination and relations, press conferences, and formal presentations.
Sports-related Business Relocation The MSA is the perfect resource for planning and coordination of site visits, local market surveys, fundraising efforts, demographic studies, and bid development.
