2024 Lyons Park Turkey Day Tennis Classic

This much-anticipated tournament took place at the Mobile Tennis Center days before the Thanksgiving holiday. As always, the Turkey Day Classic was a fun-filled three days of food, prizes, and competition. This tournament had approximately 125 participants traveling from the 9 USTA Southern States.  The 9 Southern States included North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennesse, Alabama, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi and Louisiana.

Fun fact - this is the only tournament in the U.S. where the winner receives both a first-place trophy and a turkey!

This tournament benefits the New Lyons Park Tennis Association programs, tutoring, and other initiatives.
