The race on day one consists of an undulating Road Race loop of 17 miles on Saturday morning, followed by a 10km Time Trial in the afternoon at the Municipal Park in Citronelle, AL.  On Sunday morning, there is a memorial 5K Fun Run at 8 a.m. followed by the criterium race at 10 a.m. at the Commerce Park - South Mobile Industrial District.

The two-day event is divided into three stages as follows:

Saturday, March 8 Stage 1 (Alabama State Road Race) - Citronelle Municipal Park

8:00 AM – Start
1:00 PM – Finish

This undulating course will be challenging for riders, the more laps the harder it gets, attrition will be the name of the game!

Saturday, March 8 Stage 2 Time Trial - Citronelle Municipal Park

Time Trial -This is an individual race against the clock for all categories over a 10km distance.  Riders will be able to use a TT bike or just race the conventional Merckx style but will be given bonus time to equate the difference between use of both styles.  This bonus time will be 30 seconds and will have rules to determine eligibility.

3:00 PM – Start
5:30 PM – Finish

10km out and back with a bit of elevation.  A TT bike would be recommended for this stage.

Sunday, March 9 - Stage 3 Criterium Race - South Mobile Industrial Park - 5600 Commerce Blvd Mobile, AL  36619

Criterium - This intense, fast-paced, sometimes combative but always fun, commonly known as Crits, will challenge riders as they make numerous laps of the course in a relatively short timeframe.  The series of races, which last between 20 and 60 minutes, will be divided by various skill categories for men and women.

10:00 AM – Start
2:00 PM – Finish

This relatively easy course is wide open with very little technical skills needed and nice smooth pavements at a 1.1-mile loop.
