MSA Serves Up Dauphin Island with some Pro-Am Beach Volleyball!

MOBILE, Ala. –The Mobile Sports Authority announced today a partnership with Dauphin Island to host the first-ever EVP Island Championships. The beach volleyball tournament will be held on Dauphin Island Beach and will provide several opportunities for play for all ages and skill levels. Pro, amateur and junior teams – along with their families and friends – will be making the journey to the Island to compete from June 23-25, 2017. The tournament will receive national coverage as it will be aired on the Beach Sports Network (BSN).
With an expected economic impact of well over a half-million dollars to the Mobile area, this first-time event is sure to make a splash! The weekend tournament will also provide a team-building opportunity for local businesses as the EVP Corporate Challenge will be held on June 23rd with three events in which business teams can compete. The weekend’s events will be surrounded with a fun and family-friendly atmosphere for all! With plenty of games, mini-competitions for the crowd, giveaways and more…this beachside tournament will provide an exciting setting for all to enjoy historical Dauphin Island.
