MSA Sports Events Update as of 9/23/20

As always, the health, safety and well-being of our event partners and athletes, our associates, and our communities is of paramount concern. We at the Mobile Sports Authority understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19).  As we continue to monitor this rapidly evolving situation, we are in regular contact with our event partners and are committed to keeping you updated. We will maintain a listing of cancelled and/or postponed events on this page (original date of event listed), the events page here on our website, as well as our Facebook events page.  We thank you for your understanding.

1) MSA Board of Trustees September 2020 Meeting (was Sept 17, 2020) - Postponed until September 24th due to Hurricane Sally

2) Gulf Coast Challenge Powered by the Mobile Sports Authority Football Game (was Sept 19, 2020) - POSTPONED until a TBD Spring 2021 date; teams are also TBD

3) Tri the Gulf Triathlon (was Oct 17, 2020) - CANCELED for 2020; will return in October 2021

4) Serve It Up With Love (was April 2-5, 2020) - CANCELED for 2020; will return in April 2021 at the Copeland-Cox Mobile Tennis Center

5) AHSAA South Regional Cheer Competition (Nov 4-5, 2020) - Still on at the Mobile Civic Center

6) Servis 1st Bank Mobile Marathon Presented by Infirmary Health (January 10, 2021) - Still on in the streets of Mobile

7) Southern States Athletic Conference (SSAC) Baseball Championship Tour (May 4-8, 2021) - Still on at Hank Aaron Stadium

8) USA Gymnastics Trampoline & Tumbling Region 5 Championships (was May 1-3, 2020) - CANCELED for 2020; Will return May 6-9, 2021 in the Mobile Civic Center Arena

9) World Championship Turkey-Calling Contest & Expo (June 11-13, 2021) - Rescheduled from June 2020        

10) Dauphin Street Vault (July 17, 2021) - Still on in the Downtown Mobile Entertainment District

11) Babe Ruth World Series 16-18u Baseball Tournament (July 30-August 7, 2021) - 2020 World Series Tournament CANCELED, but will return July 30-August 7, 2021 to Hank Aaron Stadium
